1) Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Zoravis(the “Store”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Store. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order.

2) Scope & Territory

We ship worldwide.

3) Products, Availability & Colors

We strive to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be accurate. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse orders at our discretion.

4) Prices, Taxes & Currency

All prices are shown in EUR (€) and may include applicable VAT as required by law. Prices, promotions and shipping rates may change without notice. In case of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we may cancel any affected order and refund any amounts paid.

5) Orders & Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject any order for reasons including suspected fraud, inability to process payment, product unavailability, or violation of these Terms. An order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation or ship the products.

6) Payment

We charge your selected payment method at checkout. By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and that the information is accurate.

7) Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses in Spain. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

8) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (Spain only). Key points:

  • Return window: 14 days from delivery.

  • Condition: items must be unused and with original tags attached.

  • Sale items: eligible for return under the same conditions.

  • Exchanges: available only within Spain; if the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

  • Return shipping: paid by the customer.

  • Refund method: to the original method of payment after inspection.
    For damaged/defective/incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
    Original shipping fees are not refundable unless required by law. For full details, see the Return & Refund Policy published on our site. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9) Cancellations & Order Changes

You may request a cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing the order provided it has not shipped. After shipment, please follow the Return & Refund Policy.

10) Bundles, Sets & Promotions

For bundles, sets, or “Buy One Get One” promotions, we may require that items be returned as a complete set to qualify for a refund. If a promotion required keeping multiple items, returning part of the bundle may invalidate the promotional price.

11) User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

12) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Store, including by: (a) violating any applicable law; (b) infringing intellectual property rights; (c) attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems; (d) uploading harmful code; (e) using the Store to resell or export products contrary to these Terms or applicable law.

13) Intellectual Property

All content on the Store (including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, photographs, and designs) is owned by or licensed to Zoravis and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our marks or content without our prior written consent.

14) Third-Party Services & Links

The Store may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (e.g., payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

15) Warranties & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

16) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zoravis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Store or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

17) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zoravis and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Store.

18) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the competent courts in Spain for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Store.

19) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Store. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20) Privacy

Your use of the Store is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process your personal data.
