1) Where We Ship

We ship worldwide.

2) Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Typical handling time: 1–2 business days from payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after our daily cutoff or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

3) Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and selected service. Any free-shipping promotions will be shown at checkout when applicable.

4) Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days after ordering, please contact us.

5) Address Changes

We can modify the shipping address before the order ships. Email us as soon as possible. After dispatch, address changes are not guaranteed and may incur carrier fees.

6) Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, we will refund the item(s) once received and inspected. Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. If you wish the order to be reshipped, new shipping charges will apply.

7) Damaged, Defective or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zoravis.com with your order number, description, and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

8) PO Boxes & Remote Areas

Some express services cannot deliver to PO boxes or certain remote locations. If you require delivery to a PO box or a remote area, please contact us before ordering so we can advise suitable options.

9) Pre-Orders & Split Shipments

Pre-order items will ship when available. We may ship items separately to speed up delivery at no extra cost; you will receive tracking for each shipment.
